Synchro is back on and we’ve jumped into our regular schedule at the Boys and Girls’ Club Pool in Oshawa. We also started training with our new coach, and as I looked around, we were all a little wide-eyed when she told us what our “warm up” was. It’s time to get down to business- and I’m excited.
Outside of synchro, Matt and I have started to finish our basement.
The most impressive home improvement activity I’ve ever been involved with is a bit of a tie between killing off, rolling, and reseeding my entire back lawn at my parent’s house with my Dad, or kicking the butt of the major clog that was in our bathroom sink since we moved in. Needless to say, this is a huge project for both of us, but we’re excited about the end result, and for all the skills we’re going to learn along the way.
Matt and I also celebrated our one year anniversary in our house on Saturday, and someone must’ve told HGTV because they’re sending me tickets to the Toronto Fall Home Show next week and some HGTV swag! (It may also have something to do with the Facebook contest I entered last week). I’m pumped!
